This notice explains what information SimEffi Inc. collects through this website, why we collect it and how it is handled. It applies to simeffi.com and the forms on it.
Information we collect
- Details you submit through the assessment request or sample report forms — name, work email, company, job title, company type, building count, building type, size, city and any message.
- Building and utility information you choose to send us for the purpose of producing an assessment.
- Standard technical information collected by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability purposes.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request and deliver the material or assessment you asked for.
- To understand which SimEffi services are of interest so we can prioritize development.
- To meet legal, security and record-keeping obligations.
How it is handled
We do not sell your information. We do not share building or utility data with equipment vendors, contractors or incentive program administrators without your instruction. Access is limited to people who need it to deliver the service you requested.
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider and stored in systems we control. Data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@simeffi.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update this page and the effective date below.
